Hey guys watch the ice age movie online!

It's really funny, and even makes sense!

A Movie You Have to Watch - Forrest Gump

Ever find the grind of life getting you down? Is the day-to-day struggle threatening to drag you under? If so, there is a movie out there that can replenish your energy and refresh your outlook. Passionate and magical, Forrest Gump is a tonic for the weary of spirit. For those who feel that being set adrift in a season of action movies is like wandering into a desert, the oasis lies ahead.

Back when Tom Hanks' movie career was relatively new, the actor made a film called Big, which told the story of a young boy forced to grow up fast as a result of an ill-advised wish made at a carnival. In some ways, Forrest Gump represents a return to the themes of that earlier movie. In this case, the main character remains a child in heart and spirit, even as his body grows to maturity. Hanks is called upon yet again to play the innocent.

Forrest Gump (Hanks), named after a civil war hero, grows up in Greenbow, Alabama, where his mother (Sally Field) runs a boarding house. Although Forrest is a little "slow" (his IQ is 75, 5 below the state's definition of "normal"), his mental impairment doesn't seem to bother him, his mother, or his best (and only) friend, Jenny Curran (played as an adult by Robin Wright). In fact, the naivete that comes through a limited understanding of the world around him gives Forrest a uniquely positive perspective of life.

During the next thirty years, Forrest becomes a star football player, a war hero, a successful businessman, and something of a pop icon. Through it all, however, there is one defining element in his life: his love for Jenny. She is never far from his thoughts, no matter what he's doing or where he is.

A trio of assets lift Forrest Gump above the average "lifestory" drama: its optimism, freshness, and emotional honesty. Though the movie does not seek to reduce every member of the audience to tears, it has moments whose power comes from their simplicity. Equally as important is laughter, and Forrest Gump has moments of humor strewn throughout.

What's going on in the middle east?

Syria, Libya, Egypt -- You've heard it all over the news. Governments falling to the people's calls for democracy, and some still in tact. We've seen Musharef stepping down, and Ghadafi dying, and it makes it seem like the middle east is a really bad place. Even in Syria, a simillar situation. Media over here however is broadcasting these leaders as evil, and in my opinion they are not, and I'll tell you why.....

If you look at the Middle East, you see that there are so many different types of people with som many different religions and forms of those religions. You'll also see that all of these different people have different ideas and that democracy over there doesn't work.

Here, we have our own opinions, but no one cares what you say and who you believe. In the Middle East, all the different ideas and beliefs don't work together. I'm not speaking just religious wise, because muslims and christians get along very well, at least the ones I've seen. This is exactly why the Middles Eastern countries need someone in power to keep things organized. Without a guiding body, and someone to guide them, the Middle Eastern countries would crumble.

And also, In the case of Egypt's democracy, the Egyptian people must learn that democracy doesn't come right away. As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was democracy. The people in Egypt are complaining because they have yet to have rights, but they're only basing this on the European and North American democracy. They must realize that Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will their democracy.

As for democracy in the Middle East, I believe it doesn't work all to well, and that Middle Eastern Countries are bette off with the leaders they have.

Blackberry's these days..

My blackberry's been acting up alot lately. Sending slow messages, recieving messages late, twitter not working properly. All this is causing me to lose faith in RIM. I got a blackberry thinking it would be amazing, and it was until recently. You don't know how hard it is to talk to girls without bbm? Very, trust me.

Besides that though, I use my phone to tweet on the go. I wanna tell people what I'm doing and wehre I'm doing it. The last tweet that I can see is from three hours ago, and the ones i sent aren't showing.

I don't know what the problem is, but RIM isn't really making me happy right now.

If you want to follow me on twitter, my name is:

Something I've Been Thinking About

I am a Religious person. I believe in God, Jesus, and the Bible (<--- To sum it all up). I just want to say I acknowledge anyone's religious faith or belief, regardless of the matter.

So first and fore most. Recently I saw a video of this woman who, when she was 15, was apparently guided through hell by Jesus Christ. Her name is Angelica Zambraro, and in the time of the recorded video, she was 18.

She claims that when she was 12, she began to stray away from God. She apparently had a vision later on in life, and in it she travelled to hell. To those around her, she seemed like she was in a coma.

Here is the link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOCGYjS5BZI

It is about and hour and twenty minutes long. Personally I don't believe everything in this. She looks like one of those evangelists that are out to make money. Also note that during her interview, she look like a different person at the end, or at least an older version of herself.

Think What you want.

Cristofori's Dream

This Song on the piano is amazing. It is powerful and inspirational. I am currently learning how to play this song, and have learned the first part of it by ear. Here is a link to it.

The Beautiful Game

Soccer, The most popular sport in the world, is my favourite sport. It's not just a game, It's the beautiful game.

On the right we have Iker Casillas, former Spain starting goalkeeper and goalkeeper of Real Madrid. I admire him because he plays his position so well. He is my favourite goalkeeper

Here is a video of some of his best saves: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dC-Aj61Z8_I

Homework. Students hate it with a pasion

So I haven't posted in several months and I know it's really bad since I said I would post every ew days. I just haven't had the time with all the school work that I'm getting and my extracuricular activites.

Anyway. Today My blog is on the sorrows of homework. Sure the teachers have a valid point, it does help us with our knowledge and understanding, but then again to much is not enough. Last night in fact was the first night of the entire school year that I slept before 12:00.

Now don't get me wrong, I like homework, a little bit that is... But realistically sometimes it's overwhelming. You are expected to do so much and yet you have to juggle it around with your other subjects and extra curriculars. This makes you tired and grumpy, and unable to work at 100%

I Myself have noticed the effects. Sleeping at 12 on school nights to wake up at 7 in the morning really gets to you after a while. I noticed I am less active, that I've been grumpy, and my marks are slightly lower than they were last year.

For more info on sleep deprivation click here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5E4isZdx8k

And that is what it is. Homework has really been upsetting my balance latley with sleep and other activities. Maybe someone who reads this will agree with me

A Old Poem I Wrote

This is a poem I wrote a while ago. The things we do when we're in love eh? Please not that this was written years ago when I was younger and naive about life and love.

Empty

My heart bleeds with without you near,
My heart is stricken with anger and fear,
Without you I cannot see,
I cannot hear,
I cannot be,

I cannot think without you close,
I cannot see who I love most,
To be with nothing,
Is like being without you,
Without you here,
I cannot do,

So I promise you 'll treat you well,
Because without you,
My life is hell.

You're only 16 girl!

A 16 year old girl from Washington, Courtney Alexis Stodden, recently got married to 51 year old actor Doug Hutchinson.

Apparently in Las Vegas you can get married below the legal age if you have parental consent, and you can be sure her parents backed her up on this one. You can view her and her husband's interview here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBSFrKJR4JQ

When you watched the video, how many of you thought that she was 16? I for one did not! What runs through my mind is an attention-wanting gold-digger!

Now, I relize that this is several months old, but I just heard about it now and all I can tell you is that im astonished. Who in their right mind would marry someone 35 years older than them? And what kind of parents in ther right mind would let there adolecent child marry a 51 year old?
From what I see, this seems like it won't last but it could, seeing that Doug Hutchinson has a net worth of 3.2 million dollars, I think Courtney will stay, through better or worse, and richer or poorer. Actually, maybe only through richer! Only time can tell!

What's your opinion? I'd love to hear it! Comment in the comment section!
